Meet with us in person, via phone, Facebook messenger or email and describe your event, purpose and concept. We will guide you by asking all the right questions and details.
SET BUDGET & TIMELINE
You'll set how many people, your budget and timeline.
MENU DESIGN & SIGNOFF
We will present catering options, fresh ideas and finalize every detail. You'll approve the menu, pay the deposit for the catering and signoff on your event.
RELAX & ENJOY
When the event day comes, it's your time to relax and enjoy. We take care of the details, so you don't have to!

Co-Owner, RK Prime
Russ is a US Army veteran from Texas that relocated to Colorado after dropping his daughter off at Colorado State University and spending four days in Vail and falling in love with Calorado.
Russ is passionate about food. He is always pushing himself in the kitchen to expand his tools and techniques. There is nothing more in life that pleases him than cooking for people. After spending most of his career in IT and then being laid off, he decided that was the time to switch careers and pursue what he has always loved, cooking for people. That is when RK Prime Catering was born.
